ProCredit Bank Bulgaria is looking to hire an employee for the position of Expert Credit Risk.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the financial health of existing and prospective business clients to identify opportunities and risks
• Evaluating the credit risk and taking decisions on submitted loan applications
• Design tailored financing solutions that meet the needs of business clients in line with the bank's credit risk policy
• Participate in high-impact initiatives focused on enhancing credit risk management frameworks, models, and policies
• Prepare and deliver credit risk reports that support business and regulatory needs, helping guide strategic direction

Main requirements:

• University degree (regardless of the academic discipline)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit risk analysis or a similar role in the banking or financial sector
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
• A responsible approach to your daily tasks and attention to detail
