Logistics Coordinator – Domestic Operations (LTL)

• Coordinate domestic LTL transport operations within Bulgaria
• Plan and monitor daily pickups and deliveries, ensuring on-time performance
• Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and customer service teams
• Maintain accurate transport data in internal systems (TMS)
• Prepare and manage transport documentation (shipping labels, waybills, etc. )
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
• Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring high service quality

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding (min. 2 years)
• Good understanding of domestic distribution processes in Bulgaria
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – daily communication with internal teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with TMS systems is a plus
