We are currently looking for Quality Engineer.

General responsibilities:

Quality assurance – analysis and resolution of quality issues on the production floor and from quality returns (plant or field);

Establish and follow procedure for control of non-conforming product;

Conducts inspections and line-tours in order to prevent quality issues;

Coordinate Production Part Approval Process and creation of documents;

Ensure timely launch of new products;

Participation in risk management processes related to new or existing projects;

Coordination and control of change management process;

Initiate improvement plans and key initiatives related to Lean optimization;

Participation in external audits (third-party) and customer visits;

Execution of internal audits;

Maintain records from the quality issues, improvement initiatives and audits;

Requirements:

A university degree in Engineering or relevant experience in production company;

Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel & Power Point are a must;

Fluent English – both written and spoken;

Knowledge of different technics and tools such as 8D problem solving, Ishikawa, 5 Why;

Knowledge regarding the applicable standards – ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 13485:2016;

Awareness and knowledge of automotive core tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP);

Well organized;

Willingness to learn and achieve new competences;

Very good communication skills;

Flexible with ability to work in a team;
