
B2B Sales Manager (Remote / Flexible Hours)
Kristina Progress is a leading language center, established in 2018, specialized in teaching Bulgarian as a foreign language. We work with individual learners, small and large groups, as well as corporate clients, embassies, NGOs etc. , offering a variety of online and in-person programs in Sofia — including private lessons and general Bulgarian language courses, Bulgarian for diplomats, citizenship preparation, exam-focused training, speaking skills development, medical Bulgarian, and tailored business courses that incorporate specialized terminology and workplace communication, aligned with the goals of the learner or the client company.
Over the past seven years, a large number of partners have placed their trust in us — from small and large international companies to NGOs, representatives of various foreign embassies, and a wide range of individual learners. In 2024 alone, more than 340 students from 48 countries studied with us.
Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy from the ground up
Identify and develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients
Assess client needs and present customized language training solutions
Build and maintain long-term business relationships aligned with our teaching approach and company values
Collaborate with the leadership team on outreach initiatives and business development activities.
Proven experience in B2B sales
Strong understanding of the local or regional market and ability to identify new opportunities
Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bulgarian is a plus)
Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote-first environment
