- You develop and implement coaching and training methods.

- You design and create training materials on the topics of sales and service.

- You conduct training sessions and workshops and support our employees in their development.

- You set training goals and establish appropriate quality controls.

- You work closely with project management and team leaders to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and employee development in the area of sales.
- Initial experience as a trainer, coach, or in a similar role – ideally in customer contact management

- Strong communication skills and an empathetic manner

- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work

- Enjoyment of imparting knowledge and helping teams grow

- Good written and spoken German
- Permanent contract (full-time)
