Wellness Support Agent with Hebrew, Norwegian, Dutch or German and English.
* Replying to customers via tickets or calls;

* Supporting them by showcasing understanding and striving to offer best solution;

* Guiding customers through the solution implementation process and trying to leave a great

impression and provide a high-quality service;

* Observing closely and reporting on observed issue trends;

* Acting as a part of a team, supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere.
* Fluency in Hebrew, Norwegian, Dutch or German and good English language skills;

* Good working knowledge of iOS and Android OS and a desire to improve;

* Flexible and skilled communicator, able to adapt to any customer;

* Positive and open, driven to provide a high-quality experience;

* Excited to work as a part of a skilled and dynamic team and contribute to collective’s efforts.
