FM Logistic is a large international freight forwarding and transport company. There is a new open position in our Sofia office
Key Responsibilities:

Handles the customer requests and orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance of the service with the client needs;

Manages the transport orders with the own fleet;

Negotiates transport services with external providers when necessary;

Monitors the progress of each transport, coordinating and providing status information to all involved parties, and adjusting the fleet program accordingly;

Ensures strict compliance of fleet activities with the transport and legal regulations;

Constantly monitors and improves the performance to ensure better fleet utilization and efficiency;

Gains market knowledge and maintains and develops the relations with the customers and colleagues inside the European organization of the company.


Expected candidates should have:

Road freight / FTL experience min. 4 years, preferably in international environment;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Ability to communicate freely in English;

Computer literacy;

Ability to manage multiple and more complex tasks assigning each of them the right priority;

Passion for matching higher results and getting better every day.
