On behalf of our trusted client - a well-established international company with a strong market presence - we are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to take on the role of Commercial Policy Lead.
About the Role
This is a key position within the Revenue Growth Management function, with a direct impact on business performance and customer collaboration at the Business Unit level. The Commercial Policy Lead will be responsible for shaping and executing the Commercial Policy Strategy, optimizing commercial terms, and driving a pay-for-performance culture across all trade channels.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the annual Commercial Policy Review to enhance the company’s Trade Investment Strategy (Discount Matrix, Value drivers, investment levels) across categories, channels, and customer PICOS.
• Develop Commercial Policy strategies based on market trends, historical customer deals, and BU discount targets.
• Define and deliver the Commercial Policy “Look of Success” and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Support RGM initiatives, including business cases for new product launches, downsizing, and multipacks.
• Ensure successful implementation of Commercial Policy tools and routines in alignment with Group guidelines and in collaboration with the DTPS team.
• Prepare monthly reporting decks and scorecards with key insights and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Group Audit, Commercial Policy, and RGM requirements.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication to ensure seamless strategy execution.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and impact.
• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience in pricing strategies and knowledge of industry trends is a plus.
• Business fluency in Bulgarian and English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
