CRM Marketing Specialist

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of CRM Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilites:

• Administers and maintains the CRM platform and develops its integration with other digital communication channels Website, social media, etc
• Ensures high-quality entry and maintenance of customer data
• Creates and optimizes segments, campaigns, and reports
• Monitors and provides suggestions to improve customer experience and cross-selling campaigns
• Develops and executes personalized campaigns through email, Viber, push notifications, and other digital channels
• Monitors, analyzes, and recommends improvements in CRM KPIs such as Email open rate / Click-Through Rate (CTR), Net Promoter Score (NPS), etc
• Tracks and interprets data on customer preferences and reactions to campaigns
• Works to improve communication and engagement through personalization and relevant content
• Ensures compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e. g. , Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).
• Proven track record in managing CRM campaigns and customer data.
• Experience in digital marketing tools (email automation, push notifications, SMS, Viber campaigns, etc. )
• Very good level of English
• Very good organizational and teamwork skills
• Driving license category "B"
