We are looking for a Quotation Engineer.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Handling Requests for Quotation:

Reviews the RFQ package (Gerber file, assembly instruction, test specification, scope of work, Electrical topologies, Power semiconductor packaging, and power module questionnaire) and coordinate with Sales for updates of the RFQ checklist if necessary;

Endorses and discusses the RFQ with the RFQ team according to the RFQ procedure to ensure a common understanding of the RFQ package presented and gets timely feedback on material/assembly process queries;

Upon consolidation of inputs from all required functions according to RFQ process flow, generates final quotation in compliance with the pricing guidelines;

Reviews the final quotation and seek approval with the designated reviewer about the RFQ approval matrix;

Price Proposal:

Prepares the complete pricing proposal, especially for strategic projects;

Customer Satisfaction:

Communicates with the customer to facilitate the RFQ processing, monitors RFQ issues, and handles customer issues, queries, and visits;

Required personal and professional skills:

University degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration;

At least three years of related work experience;

Background in financial analysis (P&L; pricing) and program and supply chain management;

MS Excel – advanced level;

Knowledge in competitive analysis, customer/supply chain direction;

Excellent oral and written communication skills - fluency in English, another foreign language is an advantage;

Analytical mindset and attention to detail;

Effective presentation and facilitation skills;

Strong decision-making skills;
