For one of our clients – a recognizable and established name in the online gambling field
who specializes in developing businesses, high risk investment and establishing licensed
gambling businesses across the EU - We are searching for driven, responsible and capable
team-players for the role of Gambling VIP Account Manager with Russian or Spanish and English.
* Will be responsible for all users labeled as VIP with the focus on increasing their customer
lifetime value whilst decreasing churn;
* Using analytical skills and a profound understanding of customer behavior, can spot any
need amongst the VIP segment and react in a fast and efficient way;
* Monitor and analyze the VIP database on a daily basis and take appropriate actions to
ensure maximum value through their life cycle;
* Constantly reactivate players with calls, emails, SMS and chat; Up-sell potential VIP
players by keeping track of their behavior and ensuring they receive targeted offers;
* Create and oversee marketing and player management strategies for VIPs;
* Welcome potential VIPs to the website after they made their first deposits;
* Answer VIP queries and ensure a fast and for the VIPs satisfactory solution;
* Work closely with the CRM team to ensure proper segmentation of promotional and bonus
offers;
* Contact big winners and big losers on a daily basis.
* Experience as a VIP Account Manager or VIP Support Manager;
* Experience in a land-based or online casino environment;
* Knowledge of product verticals, Sports and Casino;
* Gaming industry knowledge: A strong understanding of the gaming industry and its trends
is essential, as well as knowledge of specific games, platforms, and technologies;
* Analytical skills: They should be able to analyze data to identify trends, assess customer
needs, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction;
* Communication and interpersonal skills: A VIP account manager should have excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with high-value
clients;
* Good Excel and reporting skills;
* Proficiency in English and Bulgarian;
* Russian, Spanish, or other language is a significant advantage.
