For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-

of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking

for – Sales Performance QA Specialist with Romanian and English.
*Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance;

*Deliver constructive, timely feedback to sales agents and team leaders;

*Prepare and share detailed QA reports with internal and external stakeholders;

*Analyze trends in quality results and suggest process or training improvements;

*Lead or participate in calibration sessions to align evaluation criteria;

*Support agent development through one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.
*Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role;

*At least 1 year of outbound sales experience;

*Solid understanding of sales strategies, customer engagement, and KPIs;

*Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;

*Proficiency with QA tools, CRM systems, and call monitoring software;

*Excellent communication and coaching skills; fluent in primary working language.
