Main responsibilities:

• Develop, set and optimize industrial processes in Plastic injection

• Create process documentation and working instructions for Plastic injection

• Coordination and preparation for acceptance of new products into production

• Plan resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

• Develop and manage a detailed project plan

• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing in plastic injection production

• University degree in Engineering

• Computer competence

• Proficiency in English; German language is advantage

• Knowledge of problem solving tools

• Ability to establish and maintain good professional relationships, teamwork

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Good negotiation and problem solving skills
