Help-Desk Representative with Arabic or Azerbaijani or Dutch

For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Help-Desk Representative with Arabic or Azerbaijani or Dutch.

Provide professional first-line support to users via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience;
*Review and resolve user inquiries, reports, and account-related issues in accordance with company policies and procedures;
*Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary;
*Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, case updates, and resolutions in internal systems;
*Support daily administrative and operational tasks while delivering high-quality customer service.

Good command of Arabic, Azerbaijani, or Dutch, along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken;
*Interest in building a career in digital trust, online safety, or customer support operations;
*Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach;
*Ability to follow internal guidelines and handle sensitive or repetitive tasks in a professional manner;
*Previous experience in customer support, content review, or a similar field is considered an advantage, but is not required.

Salary range: EUR 1, 400 – EUR 1, 800 gross per month, depending on qualifications and
relevant experience;
