We are on a search for adaptable, team-oriented and eager-to-help people for the role of Call

Centre Associate with Danish, German, Dutch or Finnish and English – FTE or PTE.
* Helping the customers with any issues and questions they might have via tickets or calls;

* Offering support, listening closely and trying to come up with the answer or solution;

* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a happy experience;

* Taking note of issue trends and frequent questions and informing your team-leader about it;

* Supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere by acting as a part of your team.
* Fluency in Danish, German, Dutch or Finnish and English language;

* Good listener and conversationalist, able to adapt to various types of customer profiles;

* Determined to learn, improve and be of service;

* Familiarity with iOS and Android OS features;

* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.
