Financial Control Intern

We are currently looking for a Financial Control Intern to support our daily financial control processes and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic financial environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor employee spending limits according to internal financial control rules
• Check budget availability for payments and new agreements
• Review contracts for financial parameters and deadline compliance
• Verify invoices for Bank expenses and adherence to internal rules
• Ensure proper signing of contracts with counterparties after auctions
• Support auction organization: supplier communication, documentation, comparison tables
• Review documentation for accounting advances (confirmations, budget checks, etc. )
• Ensure compliance with internal rules for advance requests
• Check adherence to internal rules when preparing part-time labor agreements
• Prepare monthly reports to Accounting on part-time contract remunerations
• Verify centralized office rent payments before processing
• Update rent agreement changes in the Banker system

Candidate Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
• Good organizational skills and comfort working with documents and financial data
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Excellent command of English and Bulgarian language
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Serious and responsible approach to assigned tasks

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 to 12 months
